Choose devices separately
Configure mouse and trackpad independently. Classification uses public scroll and gesture information; unusual drivers may behave differently.
Public downloads are not available yet. The official Mac App Store link will appear here when ready.
A lightweight scrolling-direction utility for Mac. Choose mouse, trackpad, and scroll axes separately, with pause and resume close at hand in the menu bar.
Give your mouse and trackpad their own feel. Choose the devices, axes, and supported wheel steps through a small set of clear controls.
Configure mouse and trackpad independently. Classification uses public scroll and gesture information; unusual drivers may behave differently.
Reverse only the axes you choose, preserving the original values on other axes.
With system Natural Scrolling enabled, apply natural trackpad and non-natural mouse scrolling while preserving wheel-step and other preferences.
0 preserves the system default. Values 1–100 apply to supported ordinary mouse-wheel unit ticks; continuous scrolling and trackpads retain their original step.
Enable, pause, or quit from the menu bar, with optional login startup and menu bar visibility.
Optionally leave software-generated scrolling unchanged. Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English preferences are saved separately from scroll configuration.
Choose devices, horizontal and vertical axes, and ordinary wheel steps together. Input Monitoring and Accessibility show separate states. The app reports running only when its actual scroll control is enabled.
Choose whether to start at login or show a menu bar icon. The compatibility option leaves software-generated scrolling unchanged in direction and distance, while direct mouse and trackpad input follows your configuration.
Choose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or English. Changes apply immediately and are remembered, without changing your scroll configuration.
A mouse and a trackpad do not have to share the same feel. Separate device, direction, and wheel-step choices make a small adjustment simple and comfortable.
Enable System Settings → Trackpad → Scroll & Zoom → Natural Scrolling first. The app can open that settings pane but does not change the system preference for you.
Allow Input Monitoring and Accessibility in System Settings, then return to the app to check both states.
Select devices, axes, and wheel steps, or apply the preset. Check the result using your actual mouse and trackpad, and pause whenever needed.
Like SparkleShot, it is preparing for Mac App Store distribution and has no public download yet. The current project is a 1.0.0 development preview. Store links, pricing, and dates depend on the actual release.
Input Monitoring and Accessibility are granted separately. They allow scroll-input recognition and scroll-event adjustment. Missing permissions or unavailable control are shown as not yet active.
No. It reads that preference and offers a link to System Settings. The preset assumes Natural Scrolling is already enabled and does not write system preferences.
The current event handler targets scroll-wheel events. It does not read typed text, screen content, or the clipboard, and has no account, telemetry, or in-app automatic updater. Scroll processing and preferences stay on your Mac; see the Privacy Policy.
No universal compatibility is promised. Public gesture phases, momentum data, and source identifiers affect classification and exclusion. Magic Mouse, third-party drivers, remote control, and different macOS versions need real-device checks.
Pause adjustment or quit the app. Local configuration may remain for next time. Manage login startup and system permissions separately.
